Dance is a physical skill and in order for the best possible teaching to take place there is an element of touch required to ensure safe technical development and progression. I understand that this will always be performed in a professional and appropriate manner.

If I am unable to collect my child from dancing I will inform the principal or the office as soon as possible, and I am aware that Dancestars requires my written consent that someone other than myself/another guardian will be collecting my child or if I wish my child to leave the building and meet me out side the venue. (A signing in sheet will be available on site).

I am aware that no refunds for course/term fees will be given if my child chooses not to attend their lessons. Refunds may be given at the discretion of Company for extraordinary circumstances and in discussion with the principal. Any cancelled classes of behalf of the company will be made up or fees will be transferred over to following terms. A full terms notice is required if you wish to give up your place in your class.

I also understand that due to current legislation I must give my permission for my child to be photographed or videoed during any open day/ presentation. I give permission for videos and or photographs to be taken during my child’s dance class.

I give permission for my child’s photograph to be used in publicity/advertising for Dancestars Ltd.
